01 / Collection

What LARP handles

LARP collects information you provide, information created by the features you use, and limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service. The details depend on what you choose to connect, import, save, or create.

Account

Clerk account identifiers, sign-in state, email address when available, profile details, and account status.

Sign-in, account management, abuse prevention, support, and deletion.

Library and media

Images, videos, shared social media, extracted frames, generated outputs, source details, and related Library metadata you choose to save or create.

Import, generation, storage, recovery, download, sharing, support, and deletion.

Personas and references

The face, body, styling, and identity-reference photos you choose for a named Persona, plus the references selected for a particular creation.

Reuse your preferred identity references and guide the image or video generation you request.

Connected social accounts

Connected-account identifiers, protected sign-in session material, the account role you choose, and connection or access status.

Use the account you select to access content that account is authorized to view, import supported media, and maintain the connection.

Tracking and source context

Tracked profile identifiers, check status, recent-content metadata, selected source accounts, and follower-crossover results when a connected platform makes them available.

Check for new activity, notify you, preserve useful source context, and signal possible audience overlap. An incomplete crossover check is not treated as a clear result.

Safety

Reports, consent state, and a coarse safe, sensitive, pending, or unavailable label produced from a bounded image preview or sampled video frames.

Apply your Public Mode preference, handle reports, and support safer display of media.

Prompts and settings

Text prompts, model and output choices, reference order, duration, resolution, and app preferences.

Run the creation you request, preserve its settings and lineage, and improve reliability.

Billing

Stripe checkout identifiers and payment status, wallet deposits, balance and ledger entries, quoted generation price, plus Google Play product, purchase-token, and entitlement data when offered.

Fund your wallet, reserve and settle generation charges, verify store purchases, prevent duplicate charges and fraud, and provide support.

Device and security

App version, request hashes, rate-limit signals, Play Integrity signals when enabled, and basic diagnostic metadata.

Security, abuse prevention, fraud detection, troubleshooting, and release support.

02 / Personas

Your reference photos follow your choices

Persona photos are saved in LARP's private app storage on your Android device so you can reuse them without searching your gallery every time. Merely saving a Persona does not upload that entire Persona to an AI model.

When you select Persona photos or other references for a generation, the selected media is uploaded to LARP's backend and the routed AI provider so it can perform that request. Saved Library media may also be stored with your LARP account for recovery and management. You can remove Persona photos on your device and delete account-linked media through the app or the deletion process below.

03 / Social

Connected accounts, tracking, and source context

Connecting a social account authorizes LARP to use that account for the actions you choose. For Instagram, that can include viewing content the selected account is legitimately able to access, checking a tracked profile for new activity, and importing supported media you send to LARP.

LARP stores the connection details and protected session material needed to keep the account connected. The selected platform still controls what is available. It may record account activity, including a Story view, and its rules, availability, or interface can change without notice.

When the connected platform exposes mutual-follower information, LARP may compare it with the source account and show possible audience overlap. A positive result is useful context. Missing, partial, or unavailable data is never presented as proof that no overlap exists.

04 / Sharing

When data leaves LARP

LARP does not sell your photos or videos. We disclose data to service providers only as needed to deliver the feature you request, run and protect the service, handle a purchase, provide support, or comply with law.

Account and payments

Clerk supports account authentication. Stripe processes one-time web wallet top-ups. Google Play may process purchases when a Play-distributed version offers them.

Infrastructure

Vercel, Neon, Convex, and private Cloudflare R2 storage support backend hosting, account state, job records, and stored app media.

AI and safety providers

A generation request sends the media, prompt, and settings needed for that request to the selected or routed AI provider, which may include OpenAI, RunComfy, Replicate, or PoYo. Optional Public Mode classification may use OpenAI Moderation.

Connected platforms

When you connect or use a social account, LARP and the platform exchange the requests and responses needed for the specific access, tracking, or import action you choose.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to respond to legal process, protect people or the service, investigate fraud or abuse, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

05 / Display

Public Mode fails closed for generated media

Public Mode is an optional display preference for your Library. It does not block a generation, delete media, change a wallet charge, or decide whether you are allowed to use an asset.

No verdict means no generated preview.

Generated or output media that requires a safety verdict stays concealed while the check is pending, unavailable, or unsuccessful. The item may remain listed without exposing its preview. You can choose to reveal it with the control LARP provides; using that control is not a bypass of LARP's safety controls.

Media classified as sensitive is concealed. Ordinary imported media that has not received a scan can remain visible because it is not treated as an unverified generated output. Images may be classified from a bounded preview and videos from sampled frames when supported. Automated labels can be wrong.

The app also includes consent controls before generation and reporting controls for generated assets. Reports may be reviewed to enforce LARP's rules and protect users.

06 / Control

Retention and deletion

LARP keeps account, Library, job, wallet, and related records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain reliable records, resolve support issues, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Provider and platform records follow their own retention policies.

You can delete account data in the Android app from Settings → Account, or use the public deletion page if you no longer have the app. Deletion covers your LARP account data, account-linked Library metadata, stored app media, and the Clerk account record where applicable.

Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, disputes, tax, legal compliance, or enforcement. A refund, dispute, or store cancellation may also be handled under the payment provider's records and policies.

07 / Security

How LARP protects data

LARP uses HTTPS in transit, private object storage, expiring signed media links, per-user ownership checks, protected app storage for local secrets, rate limits, and integrity signals where supported. Access is limited to systems and processors that need it to store, classify, generate, bill, or support the feature you request.

LARP is not end-to-end encrypted. Our systems and the processors listed above can access media when needed to provide those services. No security system is perfect, so only upload sensitive media when you understand and accept those processing risks.

08 / Age

Children

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use LARP. Do not upload images of minors or create content depicting minors.
