This policy explains what LARPMAXX collects, why it is used, when it is shared, and how deletion works for the Android app and related web services.

Data We Collect

How Data Is Shared
LARPMAXX sends uploaded media, prompts, and generation parameters to backend services and AI providers only as needed to run the generation features you request, store your account data, verify purchases, protect the service, or comply with law.
- Clerk for account authentication
- Google Play for subscriptions and purchase verification
- Vercel, Convex, and app storage providers for backend hosting, account state, and stored app data
- AI generation providers such as OpenAI, RunComfy, Replicate, PoYo, VModel, and WaveSpeed when a generation request is routed to them
Safety, Consent, And AI Content
LARPMAXX is for media that you have the right to use. The Android app includes consent controls before generation and report controls on generated assets so users can flag offensive or unsafe AI-generated content for review.
Retention And Deletion
You can delete account data in the Android app from Settings, or use the public deletion page if you no longer have the app installed. Deletion covers your LARPMAXX account data, vault metadata, stored app media, local server records tied to your account, and Clerk account record where applicable. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
Security
LARPMAXX uses HTTPS in transit, authenticated server routes, production settings that hide developer gateway controls, backup exclusions for local secrets, and Play Integrity plumbing for public-build abuse prevention. No system can guarantee perfect security, so sensitive media should only be uploaded when you accept the processing risks.
Children
LARPMAXX is not intended for children. Users should not upload images of minors or other people unless they have the rights and consent required by law and by the app safety policy.
