Create boldly. Use it honestly.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use LARP. The service is not intended for children, and you may not use it on behalf of someone who is not eligible.

LARP lets you import images and videos, extract frames, save a Library, create reusable Personas, connect supported social accounts, track selected accounts, and use AI to create or continue images and videos. Features, models, limits, and output options can change as the product and its providers evolve.

AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, unexpected, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing an output before publishing, relying on, or distributing it.

LARP accounts are authenticated through Clerk. You are responsible for activity under your account, keeping your sign-in secure, and giving accurate information. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or creates risk for people, platforms, or the service.

You may connect only a social account you own or are authorized to use. Selecting an account authorizes LARP to use that account for the access, viewing, tracking, and import actions you choose. You may not use LARP to bypass a private account, platform restriction, or another person's access controls.

A connected platform may record views or other activity under the selected account. LARP does not promise anonymity, and a role label such as “Lurker” does not make the account invisible.

You retain whatever rights you already hold in the media you upload and, to the extent permitted by law and the rights of others, the outputs you create. You grant LARP a limited license to process, store, transmit, and display your content only as needed to operate the service, including importing media, running a generation, syncing your Library, classifying media for optional Public Mode, and providing support.

You represent that you have the rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed for every source image, video, likeness, account, prompt, and intended use. LARP does not give you rights in a creator's work, a person's likeness, music, trademarks, locations, or platform content merely because the app can import or transform it.

You may use an output for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms, applicable law, third-party rights, and any provider or platform terms that apply. You remain responsible for attribution, disclosure, licensing, and permission requirements.

LARP creates synthetic media, but the people and source material involved can be real. You are responsible for what you bring in, create, and publish. You must not:

• 01Upload images of, or create content depicting, a real person without their knowledge and consent, or upload or create content depicting a minor.
• 02Create sexual, intimate, or nude content depicting a real, identifiable person without their knowledge and consent.
• 03Impersonate a person to deceive, defraud, harass, defame, or create a false impression that they said, did, owned, visited, or experienced something.
• 04Use LARP for fake identification, election interference, scams, infringement, stalking, doxxing, or another unlawful or deceptive purpose.
• 05Harass, threaten, bully, exploit, or incite violence or hatred against a person or group.
• 06Bypass access controls, safety controls, rate limits, wallet billing, integrity checks, or connected-platform restrictions.

You can report content from within the app or by emailing support@larp.app. We may investigate, restrict access, remove content, or terminate accounts when necessary to enforce these terms or protect others.

LARP's current web purchase flow uses one-time wallet top-ups in U.S. dollars through Stripe. Google Play purchases may also be offered in a Play-distributed version. A wallet top-up is not a recurring subscription unless the checkout screen clearly says otherwise.

Your wallet is a limited service balance, not a bank account, stored-value account, or transferable payment instrument. Refunds, reversals, disputes, and store cancellations are handled as required by law and the policies of the payment provider; a refund or dispute may reduce the related wallet funding.

LARP depends on third-party services, including connected social platforms, AI providers, hosting providers, account systems, and payment processors. Their availability, prices, rules, model behavior, interfaces, and access decisions are outside LARP's control.

Tracking is best effort, not real-time surveillance or a guaranteed archive. Stories and other temporary content can disappear before a check completes. A connected account may lose access, need to reconnect, or be recorded as a viewer. LARP may change, pause, or remove an integration when a platform changes or when continued access would be unreliable or improper.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LARP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost content, platform action, or reliance on an AI output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LARP's total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid to LARP in the three months before the event giving rise to that claim. Some places do not allow every exclusion or limitation, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You may stop using LARP and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account in the Android app or through the account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Deletion is handled as described in the privacy policy and does not automatically cancel a separate store subscription if one is active.

We may update these terms as LARP evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above and, when appropriate, communicated through the app or service. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
