Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use LARPMAXX. The app is not intended for children, and you may not use it on behalf of anyone under that age.

2. Your account

Accounts are created and authenticated through Clerk. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the acceptable-use policy below.

3. The service

LARPMAXX lets you import images and video, build an identity vault, and generate AI media that composites your likeness into scenes. Generation consumes credits. Free accounts receive a starter allotment; additional usage requires a paid plan. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or not what you intended, and is provided for personal, lawful use only.

4. Acceptable use — AI-generated likeness

LARPMAXX generates synthetic media. You are solely responsible for the images you upload and the content you create, and you represent that you have the rights and consent required to do so. You must not:

• Upload images of, or generate content depicting, any real person without their knowledge and consent — and never images of minors.
• Create sexual, intimate, or nude content depicting a real, identifiable person, or any sexual content involving minors.
• Impersonate a real person to deceive, defraud, harass, defame, or to create the false impression that they said or did something.
• Produce content for election interference, scams, fake identification, or any other unlawful or deceptive purpose.
• Harass, threaten, bully, or incite violence or hatred against any person or group.
• Attempt to bypass safety filters, rate limits, Play Integrity, or to drain credits with a modified client.

You can report content that violates this policy from within the app or by emailing support@larp.app. We review reports and may remove content and terminate accounts.

5. Your content and rights

You retain ownership of the images you upload and, to the extent permitted by law and the rights of others, the outputs you create. You grant LARPMAXX a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to operate the service (for example, to run a generation, sync your vault across your devices, and provide support). We do not sell your content.

6. Billing

Subscriptions are sold and billed through Google Play (with a web checkout fallback where Play Billing is unavailable). Prices, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the store you purchased through. Except where required by law or store policy, payments and consumed credits are non-refundable. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LARPMAXX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from account deletion or in-app settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Deletion removes your server-side account data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
